Giving you a chance to see the whole of the countryside in one go! Countryside Live brings together all the best bits of the countryside - and 90% of it is under cover so you'll have a great time whatever the weather!

 

  • Horsemanship Masterclasses

    International Show Jumper and ex-Olympian, Graham Fletcher and his wife, Tina, take control of the equine ring to give you their knowledge and pass on their riding expertise - WATCH THIS SPACE FOR DETAILS OF AN EXCITING COMPETITION WHERE YOU COULD BE INVOLVED IN THE MASTERCLASS

  • Equine Classes - Ridden and In-hand

    With a dedicated equine ring you can watch horses and ponies all day long! We've a selection of ridden and in-hand classes plus working hunter classes. If you're a budding competitor you can view our schedule here

  • Bird of Prey Demonstrations

    Ben Potter will be joining the line-up at Countryside Live with two bird of prey demonstrations each day at noon and 2pm. For the rest of the day you can view the birds in a static display.

  • Cattle, Sheep & Pigs

    Countryside Live aims to be Yorkshire's premier fatstock event in the autumn - you can see the best quality cattle, sheep and pigs in their dedicated rings on both days of the Show. If you'd like to exhibit you can view our schedule here

  • Pigeons & Poultry

    On Saturday see a selection of fancy fowl in our Pigeon Pavilion and on Sunday view pretty poultry in the Poultry Pavilion.

  • The Cookery Theatre

    The cookery theatre demonstrations are given by top regional chefs - come with your notepad and pen to get some great recipe ideas you can use in your kitchen!

  • Fruit, Vegetable and Flower Show

    Knaresborough Horticultural Society return to Countryside Live once again with their Autumn Show - a great display from this local society is sure to impress!

  • Sausage Sizzle

    Let your tastebuds cast the vote! This is your chance to taste and inspect the best of Yorkshire's Sausages and cast your vote as we aim to find the best in Yorkshire!

  • Dog Agility

    It's fast and fun, Harrogate Agility Team return with their dogs to put them through their paces in the ring - over the jumps, through the weaving lines and up and down the see-saw - great family entertainment!

  • The Country Crafts Pavilion

    A fantastic pavilion for the children to explore - with many hands-on activities that they can enjoy from rag-rugging through to willow weaving, gingerbread making (and decorating) plus bread making - the children will be entertained all day long!

  • Tug Of War

    Take the strain and pull! Let the competition commence between Young Farmers Clubs from around the region in the Tug-Of-War; a great spectacle for all the family - get there early to secure your place ringside

  • Shopping
